dont worry the last date of return filling has been extended to 28th august 2017 because of this access denied issue. therefore it will resolved soon. If wont then you send a main on helpdesk @ gst.gov.in about this issue but from my opinion it willbe resolved soon bacause i have contaced to the helpdesh number two times.
